- Peter Baxter has a Masters in Sport Psychology from the University of Western Ontario. He has worked in educational sport for 26 years as a coach, and administrator within the high school and university system. He has been the Director of Athletics and Recreation at Wilfrid laurier University or the past ten years where his Golden Hawk teams have captured 24 OUA Provincial Championships and 6 National Championships. His expertise is in the area of pre-hire coaching assessments to maximize leadership staff on each team. He also utilizes the mental management programs of Clinic Psychologist Dr. Dana Sinclair, whose clients include NBA, NHL, NFL, LPGA, and PGA teams as well as athletes.
